What a marvelous wedding this was to be a part of! The whole day I kept thinking, we should be friends. We should hang out. Too bad the newly weds went off and moved to Utah! :) It was a great day. With lots of photo ops :) Get ready for a whole but load of photos!
I am soo behind on editing. Sorry guys. I'm moving along!!! Thanks for your patience.
This is Tina and Wayne. They are both Paramedics. And lots of fun! :) (And thanks to Wayne for carrying my crazy chair all over Princess Island Park!)
The CPR kiss...
This is one of my favs...
While shooting in Princess Island Park I heard a guitar playing and had this photo idea in my head. So I went over, introduced myself to the guitar player (who happened to have the same name as my hubby) and asked him to help us out. And he did....
We had a short window of time in between a wedding in the morning, a temple sealing in the evening and a maternity session after that..... It was an eventful day!
And there was a storm blowing in as we took these pictures. And a little boy who wasn't so into it.... it took a sucker to make him mildly happy. Good thing he's so cute anyways :)
Mindy and Matt
And one of just the pretty momma. I'll send your CD off shortly!
Well this is the after from the last shoot. After all the rest of the family left, Jen and Ian and I took some maternity pictures. I've known Jen and Ian for a while. They are good friends. Happy for them (and hoping Jen gets her early baby wish!)
A little Silhouette action...
The one picture Jen asked for and wanted was this...
And a little one for fun...
I'm so happy for you guys!! Hope that little lady makes her entrance soon!
I love taking pictures. I love taking pictures of my own children and family. I love watching a bride and her new husband so in love with each other. I love seeing a mother with her brand new baby. I love being around a newly engaged couple who are completely head over heels in love with each other. I love chatting with kids and chasing them around with my camera. I love when someone lets me try whatever I want to with the camera. I love it when families come with things that make them unique. Pieces of them. Special stuffed animals or skateboards. People who will let me direct them but also interact with each other lovingly and naturally. I am so very grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a photographer and get to know so many wonderful people. I love taking pictures.
I am a child-wrangling-scrapbooking-crafting-photographer-baker who's married to her handsome best friend husband. Follow along on the crazy ride we call life.
